【摘要】 目的:探讨细针吸取细胞学检查在乳腺癌诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析86例手术后确诊的乳腺癌患者术前细针吸取细胞学诊断结果,并与其病理组织学结果进行对照分析。结果:86例乳腺癌手术前的细针吸取细胞学诊断符合率91.86%,假阴性率8.14%。结论:细针吸取细胞学检查对乳腺癌的诊断具有较高的准确率,但对一些不甚典型的病变诊断仍比较困难。此诊断技术简便、安全、快速、创伤小、特异性高,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical value of fine needle aspiration for biopsy on breast cancer.Methods:To analyze 86 cases who were diagnosed as breast cancer post-operation,and compare with preoperative fine needle aspiration cytologic diagnosis retrospectively.Results:86 cases of breast cancer before the surgery fine needle aspiration cytologic diagnosis were in line with the rate of 91.86%,false-negative rate was only of 8.14%.Conclusion:Fine needle aspiration cytologic diagnosis has high accuracy for the diagnosis of breast cancer,but still difficult for some non-typical pathological diagnosis.It is a safe,convenient and a high correct rate diagnostic method.It deserves to be clinically to promote.更多还原
