【摘要】 目的:了解金堂县农村妇女生殖健康状况,对妇科病早发现、早诊断、早治疗,以提高广大农村妇女的健康水平和生活质量。方法:2007年10月至2008年4月对全县农村60岁以下已婚育龄妇女进行全免费检查,对检出疾病者进行治疗。结果:受检人数24 544人,查出患妇科疾病者16 810人,检出率68.49%,慢性宫颈炎、阴道炎居前2位。结论:农村妇女病患病率极高,妇女保健应加强对农村妇女的卫生宣传和健康教育,定期开展普查普治,以提高广大农村妇女的生殖健康水平和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the rural woman’s reproductive health all over the county.To early find out,diagnose and cure the gynecology diseases in order to improve their healthy level and life quality.Methods:Oct.2007 to Apr.2008,free examine was carried out for the rural women who were from the countryside,had been married and under the age of sixty.Results:24 544 women were examined.16 810 women suffered from one or more diseases(68.49%) were found out.Chronic cervical inflammation and vaginitis ranked the top two places.Conclusion:The rate of the rural woman who suffered from disease is very high,especially the chronic cervical inflammation and vaginitis.As a result,the women healthy center should strengthen the sanitation propaganda and healthy education for the rural women.Regularly carry out the general survey and treatment to improve the reproductive healthy level and life quality of the rural women.更多还原
