【Abstract】 Nowadays,the country doctors only refer to the ones who have the country doctor’s certificate as well as the country doctor practicing certificate. Under the country healthy service pattern dominated by the country doctor operating privately the village clinic, there are many real problems that are harmful to the development of country healthy services.
