【摘要】 目的探讨代谢综合征(MS)患者在不同时期血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、尿酸(UA)浓度变化的意义以及TNF-α、IL-6与UA的相互关系。方法90例肥胖患者根据糖脂代谢紊乱程度分为代谢综合征合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)组、肥胖合并T2DM组、单纯肥胖组各30例,30例健康者为健康对照组。所有受试者均采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清TNF-α、IL-6水平,采用尿酸酶-过氧化物酶法测定UA。结果肥胖各组TNF-α、IL-6、UA水平均较健康对照组明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且TNF-α、IL-6、UA水平在单纯肥胖组、肥胖合并T2DM组、MS合并T2DM组呈逐渐升高,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清TNF-α、IL-6水平与UA、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论代谢综合征患者血清TNF-α、IL-6水平与MS的程度相关,其与胰岛素抵抗并存,可引起UA浓度的升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes and correlation of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),uric acid(UA)in different stages of metabolic syndrome.Methods According to whether or not exist glucolipid metabolic disturbance,90 patients with obesity were equally divided into three groups:MS with T2DM group,obesity with T2DM group,obesity group.30 healthy subjects were taken as the healthy control group.In all subjects,the serum concentrations of TNF-α and IL-6 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,the serum concentrations of uric acid were detected by uricolase-peroxydase assay.Results The concentrations of serum TNF-α,IL-6,UA were significantly higher in patients with obesity than those in healthy controls and increased with increment of glucolipid metabolic disturbance(P<0.01).There was positive correlation between serum TNF-α、IL-6 and UA 、HOMA-IR(P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 are correlated with the extend of MS in patients with metabolic syndrome.There exists both high concentration TNF-α、IL-6 and insulin resistance in the patients who suffer from MS,the UA level were higher than those of the other three groups.更多还原
