内皮型一氧化氮合酶和精氨酸酶活性异常对动脉粥样硬化的影响
Dysfunction of Endothelial Nitric Oxide Synthase and Arginase Affects on Atherosclerosis
【摘要】 内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)脱耦联和内源性不对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)水平增高均与动脉粥样硬化关系密切。前者使机体生成过多的过氧化物,造成机体氧化应激状态,后者则竞争性地与eNOS结合,使一氧化氮生成减少。精氨酸酶可以与eNOS竞争底物L-精氨酸,其催化生成的产物是尿素和L-鸟氨酸而不是一氧化氮(NO),因此精氨酸酶可以调节NO的生成量,也可能与动脉粥样硬化有关。
【Abstract】 Uncoupling of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)and increasing of endogenous asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA)are closely related to atherosclerosis.The former increases the level of superoxide,and lead to oxidative stress of human body,the ADMA combines with eNOS competitively,and lead to the decrease of nitric oxide(NO)production.Arginase regulates endothelial NO production by competing with eNOS for L-arginine,the substrate of eNOS,whereby L-arginine is metabolized to urea and L-ornithine instead of NO.Therefore,arginase may regulate the amount of NO production and may also be related to atherosclerosis.
