【Abstract】 Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is a common malignancy,with poor efficacy.Many patients who are proved to have no lymph node metastasis still suffer relapse after operation.The reason of this phenomenon may be that the means of conventional pathology cannot find micrometastatisis of the disease.At present,the immunocytochemistry and PCR methods were used to detect micrometastasis in the peripheral blood,bone marrow and lymph node.However,the selection and the clinical significance of micrometastasis index have not yet reached a consensus.更多还原
