【摘要】 随着光导纤维及可视技术的发展,微创技术在脊柱外科领域的应用日益广泛。与传统脊柱外科技术相比,微创技术具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后引流量少、康复快、脊柱稳定性好、无明显并发症的优点。从20世纪80年代以来,脊柱外科的微创技术有了长足的进展,并成为近年来脊柱外科手术的发展方向。本文主要介绍目前临床上常见的脊柱微创手术的进展和临床特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the optical fiber and visualization technology,the field of minimally invasive techniques in spinal surgery applications become very popular.Compared with traditional spinal surgery,minimally invasive techniques have the advantages such as shorter operation time,less bleddding during the operation,less drainage amount after the operation,more quickly recovering after operation,good stabilization of spinal column and no obvious complication.In the 1980’s,spine minimally invasive surgery have made great progress.And become the development direction of spinal surgery in recent years.In this paper,introduced the progress and clinical features of minimally invasive spine surgery.更多还原
