骨组织修复材料仿生合成的研究现状

【摘要】 骨组织修复材料的分子仿生设计合成目前还处于初期阶段,理想的有机基质模板的分子结构和组装方式及理想的矿化方式还有待研究。研究新型的骨修复材料一直是口腔医学、临床医学的迫切要求。本文综述了分子仿生的原理及骨组织修复材料仿生合成的几种方法,着重介绍了以生物大分子及其衍生物为模板进行复合材料的仿生合成,为新一代生物材料的研发提供参考。

【Abstract】 The design and synthesis of biomimetic molecules of bone tissue repair materials is still in its early stages.An ideal molecular structure of matrix organic template and its assembly method,as well as the ideal way of mineralization have yet needed to be researched.Researches on new materials for bone tissue repair are constantly demanded in oral medical field.This paper generally discussed the principle of molecule biomimetic synthesis and several biomimetic synthesis methods of bone tissue repair materials,especially emphasized the biomimetic synthesis of composite materials taking biological macromolecules and its derivatives as a template.All these can offer a reference approach to the new generation of biological materials.
