【摘要】 目的了解糖尿病患者终末期血糖变化特点。方法对商洛市中心医院2002年1月至2009年1月住院治疗的64例糖尿病终末期患者的血糖变化、合并症及治疗结果等进行分析。结果糖尿病患者终末期由于存在肝肾功能不全等多种因素影响,血糖常趋于正常,大部分患者常有症状性或无症状低血糖发生。结论糖尿病患者终末期应注意低血糖的发生,其降血糖方案的选择要更加合理,胰岛素种类及剂量的选用要更加精细,防止因血糖因素促进病情的进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the features of blood glucose changes patients with end-stage diabetes.Methods The features of blood glucose changes,the complications and the therapeutic result of 64 end-stage diabetic hospitalized patients in Shangluo central people′s hospital were retrospectively analyzed from January 2002 to January 2009.Results Because of liver and kidney dysfunction and various factors in diabetic patients with end-stage,the blood sugar often tended to normal,symptomatic or asymptomatic hypoglycemia occurred in most of the patients.Conclusion Patients with end-stage diabetes should pay attention to the occurrence of hypoglycemia.The scheme of reducing blood sugar should be more reasonable,selection of the type and dose of insulin should more refined to prevent the development of pathogenetic condition by the influence of blood glucose.更多还原
