【Abstract】 Tumor markers are one or several specific substances generated in the process of cancer cell growth,which there is no or very low content under normal circumstances.Another tumor markers are excessive normal cell components resulting from host cells invaded by cancer cells.In recent years,tumor markers have been widely used in clinical experiences,which play an important role in clinical diagnosis,therapeutic efficacy evaluation and prognosis judgement.This article reviewed routine and new tumor markers and their combined application.更多还原
