【Abstract】 A so-called intermediate syndrome appeared to have a distinct clinical entity that developed 1-4 days after the acute cholinergic phase and before the expected onset of the delayed polyneuropathy.It was characterized by the onset of muscle weakness(proximal muscles of the limbs)and cranial nerve palsies.Since it was reported by Senanayake in 1987 that it appeared after acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,many progresses have been achieved in its pathogenesis and treatment.更多还原
