【摘要】 目的观察小柴胡汤治疗急性上呼吸道感染中医辨证体虚感冒的疗效。方法将患上呼吸道感染中医辨证属体虚感冒的72例患者,随机分成2组,治疗组的38例患者给予中药小柴胡汤,对照组的34例患者给予清肺利咽的双黄连口服液治疗,两组患者在治疗3d后分别观察患者的发热、流涕、咽痛、咳嗽等临床症状,以了解治疗效果。结果治疗组有效率为89.5%,对照组有效率为70.6%,两组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小柴胡汤治疗急性上呼吸道感染中医辨证体虚感冒的疗效较好,说明其扶正祛邪,和解少阳中药治疗上呼吸道感染优于单纯的清肺利咽中药。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Radix Bupleuri Decoction in the acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods72 cases with acute upper respiratory tract infections with Chinese medicines were randemly divided into two groups:38 cases were treated with Minor Radix Bupleuri Decoction,34 cases were treated with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid as a control.Both of the groups were treated for 3 days,the clinical symptoms such as fever,cough and sore throat were used to evaluate the efficacy of the groups.ResultsBoth of the groups were effective;the effective rate was 89.5%and 70.6%in the Radix Bupleuri group and in the control group,respectively.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionMinor Radix Bupleuri Decoction has better effect on the acute upper respiratory tract infections.更多还原
