【摘要】 目的观察金纳多穴位注射治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法将突发性耳聋患者60例随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组用低分子右旋糖酐500mL+辅酶A100U+ATP40mg,1次/d,静脉滴注14d,泼尼松、B族维生素、尼莫地平常规口服。治疗组在对照组用药基础上,在听宫、听会、耳门、翳风四穴用金纳多注射液4mL局部注射,1次/d,共14d。结果治疗组痊愈14例,显效8例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率85%;对照组痊愈7例,显效5例,有效7例,无效11例,总有效率63.3%。经统计学分析,两组有统计学意义(P<0.05。结论穴位注射金纳多治疗突发性耳聋疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Ginaton Acupoint-injection for treatment of sudden-deafness.MethodsRandomly divide the 60 cases with sudden-deafness into the treatment group and the control group.For those of the control group,to be using Low-Molecular-Weight Dextran 500 mL puls Coenzyme A100U and ATP40mg once a day,plus consecutive intravenous driping for 14 days,with conventional orally usage of Prednisone,B vitamins and Nimodipine daily.For those of the treatment group,based on the same treatments of the control group,to be using 4mL Ginaton(1mL each,altogether 4mL)for local injections of those four acupoints,Ting gong,Ting hui,Er men and Yi feng,once a day and for the total of 14 days.ResultsThe effective rate of treatment group was 85%,among the treatment group,14 cases were cured,8cases were improve markedly,6 cases were improve,and the rest 2 cases were invalid;Meanwhile,the effective rate of control group was 63.3%,7 cases were recovered,5 cases were improve markedly,7 cases were improve,and the rest 11 cases were invalid.Through the statistical analysis,the two sets have a significant deviation(P<0.05).ConclusionTo use Ginaton Acupoint-injectiontreat Sudden-deafness have a significant effect.更多还原
