【Abstract】 Acute kidney injury is a common clinical critical illness,with the extensive application of blood purification,although the mortality is decrease,it is still one of the leading cause of death.Nutrition therapy of acute kidney injury is an important part of comprehensive treatment,because of the diversification of etiology,basic disease,the differences of nutritional status,it brings greater difficulties in the clinical treatment ;however,through adequate nutrition assessment,different patients with targeted nutritional therapy,prevention further kidney damage It will help to improve the prognosis of patients with acute kidney injury.更多还原
