血管生成抑制剂治疗卵巢癌的研究进展

【摘要】 虽然在过去的几十年里卵巢癌的标准治疗得到了明显的改进,但细胞毒性化疗耐药问题导致了仍有较多女性死于卵巢癌。通过对卵巢癌生物性质的了解使人们在癌细胞中发现存在较多有潜力的分子靶点,并针对这些靶点提出了作用于细胞不同于传统化疗药位点的新颖因子。这些因子现正进行临床实验,以确定其应用价值,且已经显示了令人惊喜的抗肿瘤活性。在本文中,通过关注在卵巢癌生长过程中不可缺少的血管生成分子基础,了解其中常用的靶点治疗及其临床应用。

【Abstract】 Although the typical chemotherapy for ovarian cancer has dramatically improved the prognosis during the past several decades,there were still many women dying of ovarian cancer because of the resistance to cytotoxic chemotherapeutic drugs.There are many potential molecular targets discovered in tumor cells through the understanding of their molecular biology,and there has been a new generation of drugs designed to interfere with a specific target that was different from traditional chemotherapeutic drugs.There are many ongoing clinical trials to testify its application value,which has shown the surprising outcome.In this review,we will focus on molecular targets of indispensable angiogenesis in ovarian tumor growth in order to know the common targeted therapy and its clinical application.
