COX-2的致肿瘤机制与甲状腺癌的关系
The Research Progress of COX-2 and Thyroid Cancer
【摘要】 环氧化酶(COX)是前列腺素合成过程的一个限速酶,其至少有3种同工酶:COX-1、COX-2和COX-3。其中COX-2不仅是启动炎性反应的关键酶,而且在多种肿瘤组织的癌变过程中出现高表达,提示COX-2可通过多种机制参与肿瘤的发生、发展。甲状腺癌是最常见的一类内分泌恶性肿瘤,其发生是个复杂的过程。近来研究发现COX-2在甲状腺癌发生、发展、分化、转移及预后等方面可能有重要作用。
【Abstract】 Cyclooxygenase is a rate-limiting enzyme in synthesis of prostaglandin.There are at least three kind of isoenzymes:COX-1,COX-2 and COX-3.COX-2 is the key enzyme of starting inflammatory response,and expresses highly in the course of anceration of a variety of tumor tissues,suggesting that COX-2 may involve in the occurrence and development of tumor.Thyroid cancer is one of the most common endocrine malignancies,with complicated processes.Recent researches indicated that COX-2 plays an important role in occurrence,development,differentiation,metastasis and prognosis of thyroid cancer.
