【Abstract】 The expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2) has been found to correlate with invasion,lymph node metastasis,clinic pathological stage and prognosis of cancer.The imbalance of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 play an important role in cancer invasion and lymph node metastases.The expression level of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 can be used as indicators to assess the prognosis of cancer,which can provide clues to explore new ways of treatment.更多还原
