【Abstract】 Rho GTPases is a subgroup of the Ras superfamily,and they are critically important in regulating multiple signal transduction pathway in cells.The over-expression of Rho protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor,Rho GTPases are involved in cytoskeletal organization,cell movement,transcriptional regulation,cell growth control.so it can effect cell proliferation and apoptosis.By the study of their family members through the signal transduction mechanism,it can provide effective target for treatment of tumor.更多还原
