血红素加氧酶对肝硬化肾脏血流的影响机制
Mechanism about effect of Heme Oxygenase on Renal Hemodynamics in Hepatic Cirrhosis
【摘要】 肝硬化时肾功能损害的原因未明,可能由于严重的肝功能障碍而导致肾脏的血流动力学改变所致,随着肝硬化病程加深,肾血管收缩逐渐加剧,肾血管阻力增加。血红素加氧酶(HO)可能对肝硬化肾脏的血流调节起到了重要的作用。因此研究HO及肝硬化肾脏的血流变化对提高肝肾综合征的治疗效果,改善肝肾综合征患者的预后有着重要的临床意义。
【Abstract】 The cause of functional lesion in renal during hepatic cirrhosis are still unclear.Which maybe result from changed renal hemodynamics caused by severe liver dysfunction.The deepen of the liver cirrhosis,the intensify of renal vasoconstriction.So did the renal vascular resistance.HO maybe paly an important role in the regulation of renal blood.So,HO and the change of renal hemodynamics have important clinical significance in improving therapeutic effect of hepatorenal sysndrome as well as promote their prognosis.
