【摘要】 目的评估口服糖耐量试验对肝硬化患者的肝功能评价的价值及其与Child-pugh分级评分的关系。方法选取40例肝硬化患者进行队列研究,所有患者均进行WHO标准的75g糖耐量试验(OGTT)。同时对其肝功能进行Child-pugh分级评估。结果OGTT检查结果与Child-pugh评分有相关性(r=0.494,P=0.001)。结论OGTT检查结果与肝功能的损伤程度有相关性,OGTT检查可作为肝硬化患者的常规检查之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate whether oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)was useful in evaluating the function of live cirrhosis and the relationship of the OGTT and the Child-pugh classification.Method A total of 40 patients of liver cirrhosis were enrolled into this study.In all cases,glucose tolerance was diagnosed by a 75-g OGTT according to World Health Organization criteria.Meanwhile,the state of liver cirrhosis was evaluated by Child-pugh classification.Result The result of OGTT appears to be relationship with Child-pugh classification(r=0.494,P=0.001).Conclusion The result of OGTT appears to be relationship with the degrees of liver lesion.We suggest that OGTT should be done as routine with cirrhosis patients.更多还原
