【Abstract】 Related treatment was taken in islet cell and donor before it was interpolated,for example,to optimize for islet isolation and purification,to find more compatible cell culture fluid,to invent better immmunoisolation method and to find more safe transplantation path.The output of the islet cell can be increased,quantity of the donors can be saved,the immunogenicity can be degraded,the survival time of transplantation in the recipient’s body can be extended and the function of islet cell can be strengthened.Therefore,the transplanted islet cell can control the blood sugar more efficaciously,the quality of life with diabetics can be improved.更多还原
