【摘要】 近年来,脂肪组织作为一个内分泌器官受到关注。脂肪组织分泌的脂联素及其受体具有调节内皮功能、抗胰岛素抵抗和动脉硬化、抗炎、调节糖脂代谢等功能,在代谢性疾病发生、发展中发挥重要作用。研究发现,脂联素在糖尿病肾病病程中呈特征性变化。脂联素基因多态性和糖尿病肾病遗传易感性相关。脂联素通过多种信号途径实现调节糖脂代谢、增敏胰岛素、调节内皮功能等功效,从而改善糖尿病肾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the adipose tissue has bee concerned to be an endocrine organ.The adiponectin secreted by the adipose tissue and its receptors have functions,such as regulation of endothelial function,anti-insulin resistance,anti-arteriosclerosis,anti-inflammation,regulation of the glycolipid metabolism,and so on.They play an important role in the occurrence and development of metabolic syndrome.The adiponectin has been demonostrated to have various characteristics in the course of diabetic nephropathy,and its gene polymorphism should be related to diabetic nephropathy heredity susceptibility faculty.The adiponectin regulates glycolipid metabolism,stimulates insulin and regulates endothelial function through various signals path,and thus,improve the diabetic nephropathy.更多还原
