【摘要】 目的探讨心包切开错位缝合引流技术在非特异性心包炎合并心包积液治疗中的效果及安全性。方法回顾分析2000年8月至2008年5月收治的58例非特异性心包炎合并心包积液患者诊疗情况,所有患者均行心包切开错位缝合引流。结果本组患者心包切开错位缝合引流的成功率100%,术后心包压塞症状立即缓解;无严重并发症发生;切口处炎性反应轻微,患者均未再次出现心包压塞表现。结论应用心包切开错位缝合引流技术治疗非特异性心包炎合并心包积液安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate safety and efficacy of pericardiotomy and stagger suture in patients with nonspecific pericardial effusion.Methods The clinical data of 58 cases with nonspecific pericardial effusion during 2000 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with pericardiotomy and stagger suture.Results 58 patients were successfully treated with pericardiotomy and stagger suture.No serious complications were observed in the term of operation and in hospital.There were no pericardial tamponade events except for two patients with mild infection in clinical follow-up.Conclusion Pericardiotomy and stagger suture are safe and effective in treatment of nonspecific pericardial effusion.更多还原
