【摘要】 采用临床对照研究新型抗抑郁药盐酸安非他酮治疗200例抑郁症患者的有效剂量、安全性及疗效,随机给予300mg、450mg盐酸安非他酮及帕罗西汀20mg治疗共12周,采用HAMD-17抑郁评定量表和TESS药物副反应量表观察和比较各组分值和副反应出现情况。结果表明治疗抑郁症时300mg、450mg盐酸安非他酮与帕罗西汀疗效相当,均可作为临床推荐剂量,同时其对性功能及认知影响较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effective dose,safety and healing effect of novel antidepressant Bupropion Hydrochloride to treat 200 depression patients were researched by clinical comparative study.Patients randomly and respectively accepted 300mg,450mg Bupropion Hydrochloride and 20mg Paroxetine for 12 weeks respectively.Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD)-17 and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)were used to observe and compare the score value and secondary reaction of different groups.The results show that the healing effects of 300 and 450mg Bupropion Hydrochloride are equivalent to that of Paroxetine.Both of them can be the clinical recommend dose,and Bupropion Hydrochloride has little impact on sexual function and cognition.更多还原
