【Abstract】 To learn to use philosophy idea and mode of thinking,it is important for the young doctors are trained in clinic for understanding the essence or characteristic of some things. In this way, it may get twice the result with half the effort about diagnosis,treatment and research and innovation . We would avoid unilateralism and blindness,cut down iatrogenic bias and mistake , improve cure rate and vital quality in clinic.In general,there are three kinds of mode of thinking such as theoretic thinking,project thinking and parity thought, when some diseases are diagnosed as pathogeny ,clinical specialty,examination technique, thinking means of diagnosis and treatment, prognosis and outcome of these illness.
