【摘要】 目的探讨肠梗阻CT表现及CT检查的临床价值。方法回顾分析经手术病理和临床随访证实的肠梗阻25例。结果小肠梗阻13例,结肠梗阻8例,大小肠同时梗阻4例。其中胆曩结石-十二指肠瘘1例,肠套叠3例,小肠淋巴瘤3例,小肠异物1例,粘连性肠梗阻2例,绞窄性肠梗阻3例,结肠癌8例,克隆氏病2例,小肠平滑肌瘤2例。结论CT检查在获取影像信息方面明显优于X线腹部平片和钡餐检查,能较好地显示肠梗阻部位及梗阻性质,为临床治疗提供可靠的客观依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study CT features and clinical significance of CT inspection of intestinal obstruction.Methods 25 cases of intestinal obstruction with surgical pathology or clinical follow-up confirmation were analyzed retrospectively.Results In all 25 cases, obstruction located in small intestinal in 13 cases,located in colon in 8 cases,located both in small intestinal and colon simultaneously in 4 cases.Gallstone ileus in duodenum occurred in 1 case,and the other obstructions caused by intussusception(3 cases),lymphoma(3 cases), small intestine foreign matter(1 cases),strangulated intestinal obstruction(3 cases),adhesive intestinal obstruction(2 cases),crohn’ s disease(2 cases),leiomysarcoma of intestines(2 cases),colon cancer(8 cases).Conclusion CT inspection obviously surpasses to X-ray in gaining the imaging information.The location and character of the intestinal obstruction can be well demonstrated,and reliable objective evidence for clinical treatment can be provided by CT.更多还原
