【摘要】 目的探讨肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤的CT表现及CT检查的价值。方法回顾性分析有完整病史资料及手术病理结果的肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤4例,所有病例均经CT检查。主要观察肿瘤发生的部位,形态,大小及其平扫和增强CT征像。结果4例肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤术前CT检查并结合临床均正确诊断,肿瘤分别位于右肾门,下腔静脉后方,腹主动脉左侧,膀胱左侧壁。4例肿瘤中,CT增强扫描后呈明显均匀强化3例,呈明显环形强化1例。结论肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤临床少见且部位不定,CT表现复杂,术前CT检查是一种重要的影像学检查方法,它对于肿瘤的定位与定性均有重要的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore CT signs of extra-adrenal pheochromocytomas and the value of CT examination.Methods 4 cases of extra-adrenal pheochromocytomas examined by CT with complete clinical information and surgical pathological results and documents were retrospectively analyzed.It is primary to observe tumor in site,shape,size,and CT signs in pre-contrast and postcontrast. Results 4 cases of extra-adrenal pheochromocytomas were correctly diagnosed by CT according to clinical documents presurgery. It were respectively located in the hilum of right kidney,posterior to inferior vena cava,left lateralof abdominal aorta and left laterial wall of bladder.Among them,densities of 3 cases showed obviously homogeneous enhancement in post-contrast scan,1 case showed ring enhancement.Conclusion Extra-adrenal pheochromocytomas were very scarce in clinic and its position is uncertain with complicated CT signs.CT detection is the most important imaging modality in pre-surgery and it is important to determine the site and nature of tumor.更多还原
