【摘要】 目的:通过肾细胞癌的二维超声图像和彩色多普勒血流特点,探讨彩超诊断肾细胞癌的应用价值。方法:对32例患者的超声二维图像及彩色多普勒血流显像特点进行分析。结果:肾细胞癌二维超声波表现大多为实性,边界较清晰,形态规则,部分有包膜,以较均匀的低回声或等回声为主,彩色多普勒血流显像检查,多可在肿瘤内或及周边探及血流信号。部分病例可以在肿瘤周边探查到特征性的抱球状血流信号。结论:彩超可用于对肾细胞癌的诊断,对于不典型的以强回声表现或出现透声较差的不规则无回声时,应注意鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the diagnostic value of color Doppler imaging for renal cell carcinoma through analyzing the features of the 2-D images and color Doppler images.Methods:The 2-D and color Doppler images were analyzed for 32 cases of renal cell carcinoma.Results:Most of the 2-D images were solid and of clear edges and regular morphology.They were characterized by even low-frequency echo or equal echo.Doppler imaging showed that there was signal of blood flow inside or around the tumors.Conclusion:Color Doppler imaging can be used for diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma.Differentiation of different cases should be paid close attention to.更多还原
