【摘要】 目的:了解经尿道前列腺绿激光汽化术(绿激光PVP术)围手术期的护理。方法:2007-2008年中行绿激光PVP术的患者,其中患者均为男性,年龄70-87岁,对患者手术前后实施了有针对性的护理,并对并发症进行了密切观察与护理。结论:通过56例高龄BPH患者行绿激光PVP术的治疗和护理,了解到绿激光PVP术是一种安全可行的手术,其费用较少,住院时间短,易被患者接受,临床取得满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing transurethral photos elective vaporization of prostate. Methods: During 2007-2008, a total of 56 aged patients with prostatic hyperplasia were treated with green laser PVP in our hospital. They were aged 70-87 (mean = 74). Relevant nursing measures were taken before and after the operation in these patients.Meanwhile, the postoperative complications were closely monitored. Results: There was no nursing-related problems in all the patients. Conclusion: The green laser PVP is a safe and reliable approach with low cost. Therefore, it is easy to accept in patients.更多还原
