【摘要】 探讨改良Madigan前列腺增生手术的优缺点。方法自1993年6月～2007年6月笔者采用改良Madigan前列腺增生切除术治疗前列腺增生患者168例。结果本组168例,均无手术并发症,无死亡病例。本组手术时间60～140min,平均90min,切口均一期愈合。失血量100～500ml左右,平均失血150ml。结论Madigan前列腺切除术,保持了前列腺尿道的连续性和完整性,缝扎前列腺主要血管减少出血,采用脑膜剥离子彻底切除前列腺增生组织同时有效防止尿道和膀胱颈部黏膜损伤,改良的Madigan前列腺切除术为理想的良性前列腺增生症开放手术治疗方法,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of modified Madigan’prostatectomy. Methods 168 patients diagnosed as benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent modified Madigan’s prostatectomy from Jun 1993 to Jun 2007 in our hospital. Results No significant complications were found. Mean operation time was 90 minutes,ranging from 60min to 140min. Mean transfusion was 150ml,ranging from 100ml to 500ml. Incisions were healed primarily. Conclusion Modified madigan’s prostatectomy keeps the urethra continuious and intact. Ligation of the prostatic arteries reduces bleeding.Completing excision of prostatic adenoma with meninx separator effectively prevents the prostatic urethra and bladder neck mucosa from imparement. Modified madigan’s prostatectomy is a reasonable choice for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and worth popularizing.更多还原
