【摘要】 目的了解福建地区HLA-A、B、DRB1等位基因分布的特征。方法采用PCR-SSP和PCR-SSO方法对中华骨髓库福建省分库13817名造血干细胞捐献者样本进行HLA-A、B、DRB1等位基因分型分析。结果HLA-A、B、DRB1等位基因频率较高的分别为:A*11、A*02、A*24、B*40、B*58、B*15、DRB1*04、DRB1*12、DRB1*09。结论福建地区人群HLA-A、B、DRB1等位基因频率具有较丰富的多态性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of allele distribution of HLA-A、B、DRB1 in Fujian province.Methods By using PCR-SSP and PCR-SSO techniques,13817 blood samples of hematopoietic stem cell donors who registered in Fujian branch of Chinese Marrow Donor Program were analyzed for the allele of HLA-A,B,DRB1.Results A*11,A*02,A*24,B*40,B*58,B*15,DRB1*04,DRB1*12,DRB1*09 had frequent distribution among the allele of HLA-A,B,DRB1 in Fujian donors.Conclusion There are abundant allele polymorphim in Fujian population.更多还原
