线粒体基因异常糖尿病临床预报的研究
Clinical prediction on patients with diabetic mellitus by point mutation in mitochondrial DNA
【摘要】 目的建立糖尿病临床预报可能。方法对103例糖尿病(DM)患者和50例正常无糖尿病家族史对照者的线粒体DNA(mtDNA)基因突变情况进行研究。结果糖尿病组有20例分别出现1～3处点突变,突变点有13处。结论通过基因突变特点和临床资料,用聚合酶链反应扩增3161～3610基因片段直接测序,为糖尿病临床预报提供了可能。
【Abstract】 Objective To present a predict of diabetes mellitus.Methods In 103 cases patients with diabetes mellitus(DM) and 50 cases normal controls,the point mutation in mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) were studied.Results There were 13 gene mutation sites,in which 1 to 3 point mutation sites were detected in 20 of diabetic patients separately.Conclusion Combining the features of gene mutation and clinical data,it is possible that by a new method based on PCR and sequence analysis predict diabetes mellitus.
