【摘要】 目的观察益气复脉胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)临床疗效。方法选择CHF患者60例,随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组以心衰治疗指南为常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上口服益气复脉胶囊。观察治疗前后患者的临床心功能分级情况,并作心脏超声心功能指标测定及6min步行距离。结果心功能改善总有效率:治疗组93.33%,对照组70%,(p<0.05)。超声心功能指标LVEF、LVDD及6min步行距离,治疗组的改善优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论益气复脉胶囊治疗CHF疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effects of YiQiFuMai in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods A total of 60 CHF patients were divided into two groups: treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases). The patients in control group were treated by routine therepy, and the patients in treatment group were treated with YiQiFuMai on the base of routine therapy. The cardiac function and its echocardiogram index, 6-minutes walk distance were measured before and treatment in both groups. Result The total efficacy of cardiac function was 93.33% in treatment group and 70% in control group after treatment (p<0.05) . Amelioration of LVEF and LVDD of echocardiogram and 6MWT in treatment group were more than those in control group after treatment.(p<0.05).
