【摘要】 目的探讨股骨颈骨折的漏诊原因及预防措施。方法我院2006～2009年共接诊232例股骨颈骨折患者,其中12例首诊X线表现不明显,复查时行CT明确骨折。结果12例股骨颈骨折首诊漏诊,门诊复查时发现骨折。结论提醒临床医师警惕股骨颈骨折的隐蔽性,对可疑病例行CT检查明确诊断或一周复查X片,减少漏诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reasons for missed diagnosis of femoral neck fracture and preventive measures. Method in our hospital from 2006 to 2009 a total of 232 cases of reception of patients with femoral neck fractures, of which the first 12 cases of patient X-ray findings was not obvious, when reviewing a clear fracture line CT. Results of femoral neck fracture in 12 cases of missed diagnosis of the first patient, out-patient fracture review found. Conclusion alert to remind clinicians of the hidden nature of femoral neck fracture on the CT examination of suspicious cases of firms a week to review a clear diagnosis or X films, to reduce misdiagnosis.更多还原
