【摘要】 目的:设计用于治疗妇科宫颈疾病的环状凹球面自聚焦超声换能器,并对其聚焦性能进行检验。方法:采用正负声源的方法,对该环状凹球面自聚焦超声换能器的轴向声场强度分布进行模拟仿真,并利用自定义的声场分布系数(SIDC)的物理意义对该换能器进行优化设计。最后采用离体器官组织牛肝实验所得损伤区域的图像特征分析来检验该换能器的聚焦特性。结果:在保证一定的机械强度和设计约束条件的基础上(固有频率为6MHz~12MHz),所设计的内环直径为6mm,外环直径为12mm的Ⅰ型和内环直径为3mm,外环直径为7.5mm的Ⅱ型换能器的SIDC都达到了各自约束条件下的最大值。离体器官组织牛肝实验的结果也显示了焦点附近的损毁区域的轴向长度与仿真结果一致;且Ⅱ型换能器的SIDC值大于Ⅰ型换能器,其损伤区域的轴向长度更长且分布也更加均匀。结论:相同能量条件下,SIDC值较大的自聚焦超声换能器的损伤区域轴向长度更大且分布更加均匀。

【Abstract】 Objective: Design an annular self-ultrasound transducer with concave spherical surface used to treat cervical lesions, and analyze its focusing performance. Methods: Axial sound field distribution of annular self-ultrasound transducer with concave spherical surface used to treat cervical lesions is simulated by introducing a negative sound source. And exercise optimization design with the physical meaning of sound intensity distribution coefficient (SIDC). Then the focusing performance is verified by image feature analysis in beef liver experiment. Results: By the premise of mechanical robustness and their own design constrains, optimization design makeⅠtransducer (inner ring diameter; 6 mm; outer ring diameter: 12 mm) and Ⅱ transducer’s (inner ring diameter: 3 mm; outer ring diameter: 7.5 mm) SIDC values reach maximum. The beef liver experiment results show that the axial length of lesion region near the focus was consistent with the simulation results; As Ⅱ transducer’s SIDC value is bigger than Ⅰtransducer’s, the damage region of Ⅱ transducer is bigger than it ofⅠtransducer and distributed more uniformly. Conclusions: Under the same condition, the transducer with bigger SIDC value has longer the axial length of lesion region near the focus, and distributed more uniformly.
