【摘要】 [目的]了解牡丹区具有接生资质的医疗机构助产士手卫生管理情况,改进手卫生措施。[方法]2008年7~8月随机抽取不同级别的19家医院,对医疗机构所有助产士进行手消毒检测。[结果]抽查19家医院助产士手消毒总合格率为85.57%。本单位助产士手消毒合格率为90.41%,进修及实习助产士为70.83%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);国有医院助产士手消毒合格率(91.55%)高于民营医院(69.23%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);城区医院助产士手消毒合格率(92.00%)高于农村(78.72%),二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]提示医院对手卫生管理有待于进一步加强,加强产房助产士手消毒工作,改进洗手消毒方法,预防经手导致产房交叉感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate midwives’ hand hygiene of medical institutions with delivery qualification in Mudan district,improve measure for hand hygiene.[Methods]19 hospitals at different levels were randomly selected from July to August,2008.Hand disinfection of midwives in these hospitals was tested.[Results]The total hand disinfection qualified rate of midwives in the 19 hospitals that sampled was 85.57%,which of midwives in our hospital was 90.41%,the rate of refresher and practice midwives was 70.83%,there was a difference(P<0.01).Hand disinfection qualified rate of midwives in state-owned hospitals was 91.55%,which is higher than that of private hospitals(69.23%),there was a difference(P<0.01).Hand disinfection qualified rate of midwives in urban hospitals was 92.00%,which was higher than that of rural hospitals(78.72%),there was no difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Hand hygiene management should be strengthened,hand disinfection of midwives must be strengthened and disinfection method should be improved in order to prevent cross infection in delivery room.更多还原
