【摘要】 [目的]评估新泰市对娱乐场所女性性服务者实施艾滋病宣传教育与行为干预的效果,为探索长期有效的宣传干预策略提供依据。[方法]对实施干预的2005~2008年新泰市娱乐场所女性性服务者(FSW)的艾滋病知识知晓率及性行为时安全套使用率、性病患病情况进行分析。[结果]2005~2008年,FSW艾滋病知识知晓率分别为39.36%、29.07%、68.49%、80.40%(P<0.01);最近1次与客人发生性行为时安全套使用率分别为47.73%、76.0%、89.91%、93.69%(P<0.01);最近1年内与固定性伴发生性行为时每次都使用安全套者所占比例分别为16.66%、47.91%、61.46%、68.25%(P<0.01);2005~2008年FSW性病患病率分别为24.71%、13.73%、10.92%、6.31%(P<0.01)。抗-HIV合计检测1 030人,未检出HIV感染者。[结论]实施宣传教育与行为干预,可以提高FSW人群的艾滋病知识知晓率与安全套使用率,降低性病患病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the effect of health education for AIDS prevention and behavior intervention among female sex workers(FSW) in entertainment places in Xintai city,provide scientific basis for exploring long-term effective intervention strategies.[Methods]Data of awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge,condom use rate and sexually transmitted diseases among female sex workers in entertainment places were analyzed after intervention from 2005 to 2008.[Results]The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among FSW was 39.36%,29.07%,68.49% and 80.40% respectively(P<0.01) from 2005 to 2008.Condom use rate was 47.73%,76.0%,89.91% and 93.69% respectively(P<0.01) when had sex behavior in the last time.Condom use rate was 16.66%,47.91%,61.46% and 68.25% respectively(P<0.01) each time when had behavior with fixed sexual partners in last one year from 2005 to 2008.The prevalence rate of STD among FSW was 24.71%,13.73%,10.92% and 6.31%(P<0.01) respectively from 2005 to 2008.1 030 people were tested for anti-HIV,HIV infected person was not detected.[Conclusion]The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge,condom use rate increased and the prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases decreased after the implementation of the propaganda,education and behavioral intervention.更多还原
