【摘要】 [目的]提高HIV抗体筛查实验室的检测工作质量。[方法]2007年对43家HIV抗体筛查实验室发放一套考评血清(5份),结合各实验室检测月报情况综合评分。[结果]43家实验室5份质评血清检测结果全部符合。其中优秀41家;良好2家。[结论]青岛市艾滋病筛查实验室HIV抗体检测技术总体水平较好,能够满足本市艾滋病筛查工作的需要。部分实验室质控体系有待进一步完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To improve the HIV antibody detection quality of the HIV-screening laboratories in Qingdao municipality.[Methods]A serum panel was administrated;to evaluate detection quality with serum panel result and status of monthly detection report of all 43 labs.[Results]Either the coincidence rate of positive or the coincidence rate of negative from 43 labs is 100%.41 excellent labs and 2 nicer labs were identified.[Conclusion]All the 43 labs in the municipality can meet the requirements for HIV antibody detection,while some laboratories still need better quality management system.更多还原
