【摘要】 [目的]了解和分析台江区饮食服务行业存在的问题及原因,讨论卫生执法的经验及影响卫生执法的因素,掌握卫生监督工作的规律和监督重点,为今后制定政策方针提供依据及建立有效的卫生执法监督体系,提高卫生行政监管能力和水平。[方法]对台江区2006~2007年饮食服务行业的126起食品卫生行政处罚案例进行调查统计分析。[结果]违法发生率较高的主要是生产加工业及饮食业,违反《食品卫生法》第八条占比例最大(44.28%),第2季度是案例高发季节(50.79%);在监督执法方面,相同案例的处罚力度存在较大差别。[结论]建议加强对食品服务行业的从业人员进行《食品卫生法》教育,同时加强卫生执法人员的执法培训,提高执法质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]In order to know and analyze the problems lying in Taijiang District catering service,discuss the experiences of hygiene law implementation and the elements which affect hygiene practice,master the hygiene supervision’s rules and key point,provide the basis for legislating policy in the future and establish valid hygiene implementation supervision system and improve hygiene administration supervision skills and levels.[Methods]Statistics and analysis are carried for food hygiene administration punishment to 126 accidents accursed in Taijiang District’s catering service from 2006 to 2007.[Results]The higher irregularity rate mostly lies in production processing and catering industry.Among which violation of the eighth article of food health law occupies the biggest proportion(44.28%).And the second quarter is a peak season in which the cases take place(50.79%).In the aspect of supervision law enforcement,the punishment measures in the same case differ a lot.[Conclusion]Education on food hygiene law for food service employees must be strengthened and training for hygiene law enforcement officials must be carried out to improve the law enforcement quality.更多还原
