【摘要】 [目的]了解幼托机构的卫生状况,以便提出幼托机构卫生监督管理和监测的有效措施。[方法]2008年3~5月,在绵阳市城乡对78所幼托机构的食(饮)具、室内空气及公共用品、表面样品进行监测检验。[结果]检测室内空气与物体及手表面样品385份,细菌(菌落)总数合格率为73.25%。其中,公立幼托机构与私立幼托机构细菌总数合格率分别为52.78%、68.23%(P<0.01),郊区、城区幼托机构细菌总数合格率分别为70.44%、76.37%(P>0.05)。检测416份食(饮)具,大肠菌群合格率为74.76%。其中,公立机构、私立机构的合格率分别为68.07%、79.20%(P<0.05),郊区、城区幼托机构大肠菌群检测合格率分别为67.67%、87.33%(P<0.01)。[结论]绵阳市私立幼托机构样品卫生状况好于公立幼托机构,城区样品卫生状况好于郊区。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]In order to propose the effective measure for supervision management and monitoring,health status in nurseries and kindergartens was investigated.[Methods]In March to May,2008,the hygienic status of tableware,indoor air,public articles and surface sample were supervised and tested in 78 nurseries and kindergartens in urban district and rural areas of Mianyang.[Results]385 indoor air and surface sample had been detected,and the qualified rate of the total numbers of colony is 73.25%.Among these,the qualified rate of the total numbers of colony in public kindergarten and private kindergarten was 52.78% and 68.23%(P<0.01) respectively.The qualified rate of the total numbers of colony in suburb and urban kindergarten was 70.44% and 76.37%(P>0.05)respectively.416 tableware samples had been detected,and the qualified rate of the coli group was 74.76%.Among these,the qualified rate of the coli group in public and private kindergarten was 68.07% and 79.20%(P<0.05) respectively.The qualified rate of the coli group in suburb and urban kindergarten was 67.67% and 87.33%(P<0.01) respectively.[Conclusion]The hygienic status of samples tested in private nurseries and kindergartens was better than that in public ones and urban nurseries and kindergartens was better than that in suburb ones.更多还原
