【摘要】 [目的]分析山东省省市县三级疾病预防控制机构人力资源配置状况,为下一步制定疾病预防控制人才培养规划提供参考依据。[方法]采用普查的调查方法,以行政公文的形式将调查表格下发给各级疾控机构,收集相关数据。[结果]三级机构现有人员数量均未超编,全省专业技术人员所占比例83.14%,略低于国家推荐标准的85%。三级疾控机构的人员年龄主要分布在30~49岁,30岁以下的人员所占比例低于49岁以上人员的比例;与国家标准相比,中级、初级职称的比例偏低,本科以上学历人员所占比例偏低,防病人员比例明显偏低,检验人员比例略低而其他人员比例明显偏高。[结论]山东省疾控体系人才建设下一步应注意人才梯队的补充,防止疾控队伍的老化,加强高学历人才的培养和补充,在引进人员时应优先考虑预防医学、临床医学专业等防病业务人员。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore human resource collocation(HRC) status of center for disease control and prevention(CDC) system in Shandong Province in 2007,and discuss the problems existed in HRC,collecting more scientific evidences for instituting polices to improve the HRC on next stage.[Methods]Special questionnaire was used,the technique of general investigation was employed to survey HRC status,include size of personnel force,quantity,professional title,age,academic degree and speciality,in provincial,municipal and county CDC organizations in 2007.[Results]The research showed that the size of personnel force was under the standard,the ratio of the health specialty personnel was 83.14% which nearly reached the national standard 85%.Constitution of all province CDC staff age was mostly 30~49,the ratio of which younger than 30 was lower than that of which elder than 49.According to the national standard,in provincial,municipal and county CDC organizations,ratio of the middle professional title and the senior professional title was lower respectively,ratio of the high education degree was lower,ratio of preventive medicine and ratio of proportion of examination were all lower than the national standard.[Conclusion]More younger personnel associated with health speciality,especially the high education degree personnel were needed for the HRC in the CDC in Shandong province on the next stage.更多还原
