【摘要】 [目的]了解城市郊区密集散村间残存钉螺复燃的特点,评价钉螺控制措施的效果。[方法]2005~2007年,采用环境清理,氯硝柳胺药杀,局部硬化等方法在马巷蔬菜地有螺地块进行灭螺,分别采用系统抽样结合环境抽样的方法进行灭前和灭后钉螺密度调查。[结果]马巷蔬菜地有螺地块钉螺最高密度在地块中央,处于密集散村中间。第1次灭前有螺面积4.8万m2、活螺密度为1.20只/0.11 m2;经过连续3次灭螺后,调查43框,未发现活螺,有螺面积下降率和活螺密度下降率均为100.00%。33次灭螺合计投入38.5万元。[结论]马巷蔬菜地残存钉螺的控制效果明显,但灭螺成本较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the characteristics of recrudescence of remnant snails in the densely powder village and evaluate the effect of snails control measures.[Methods]Environmental modification,niclosamide and local hardening were used to control snails in vegetable field with snails,density of snail were surveyed by systematic and environmental sampling before and after controlling snails during 2005~2007.[Results]The block with snails’biggest density of living snail is in the center of densely powder village of Maxiang.The snail-ridden area is 48 000 m2、living snail density is 1.20 before the first snail control;after continuously killing snail three times,no snails were found,the decline rate of snail-ridden area and density of living snail is 100.00%.The founds of controlling snails 33 times is 0.385 million Yuan.[Conclusion]The effect of remnant snails control is obvious,but the cost is rather high.更多还原
