【摘要】 [目的]探讨两种结核菌素反应强度是否存在差异。[方法]用两个不同厂商生产的结核菌素对新入学大学生进行分组试验,对结核菌素试验结果进行分析。[结果]结核菌素反应强度5~9 mm者,A组阳性率13.72%,B组阳性率14.26%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且男生间及女生间均无差异。结核菌素反应强度10~14 mm者,A组阳性率11.61%,B组阳性率11.42%,两组间差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05),且男生间及女生间均无差异。结核菌素反应强度15~19 mm者,A组阳性率7.01%,B组阳性率3.50%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且男生间及女生间差异均有统计学意义。结核菌素反应强度≥20 mm者,A组阳性率7.71%,B组阳性率3.76%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且男生间及女生间差异均有统计学意义。A组结核菌素试验总体阳性率为40.05%,B组结核菌素试验总体阳性率为32.94%,两组之间阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]不同结核菌素产品间存在差异,在使用中要选择质量可靠的产品。同一地区最好选择一个供应商,连续多年的数据才有可比性,更能准确的反映出自然感染的变化情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the reactivity of current tuberculin made by different manufacturers among the freshmen in universities.[Methods]Through a grouping experiment among the freshmen in universities injected the current tuberculin made by two manufacturers,result of PPD was analyzed.[Results]When the tuberculin reactivity reached 5-9mm,there was no significant difference between the two current tuberculosis(P>0.05),and also the male and female students.When the tuberculin reactivity criteria reached 10-14mm,the positive rate of group A is 11.61%,that of group B is 11.42%,there was no significant difference between the two current tuberculin(P>0.05),and the male and female students.When the tuberculin reactivity criteria reached 15-19mm,the positive rate of group A is 7.01%,that of group B is 3.50%,there was significant difference between the two current tuberculosis(P<0.01),and the male and female students.When the tuberculin reactivity criteria was at 20mm or above,the positive rate of group A is 7.71%,that of group B is 3.76%,there was significant difference between the two current tuberculin(P<0.01),and the male and female students.The totally positive rate of current tuberculin of group A was 40.05%,and that of group B was 32.94%.There was significant difference(P<0.01) between these two.[Conclusion]Different manufacturers made different current tuberculin,so we should choose that of good quality.There should be just one current tuberculin supplier in one area,only if the data was last for many years,it can show the comparability and the status of natural infection.更多还原
