【摘要】 [目的]总结经验,为进一步开展此项工作提供参考。[方法]2006~2007年,在包头市昆区部分娱乐场所对暗娼进行艾滋病健康教育效果评价。[结果]干预前调查210人,干预后调查205人。艾滋病相关知识得分干预后高于干预前,艾滋病知识知晓率干预后高于干预前(P<0.01);最近1次与"客人"发生性关系时安全套正确使用率,干预前为59.52%,干预后为88.78%(P<0.01);最近1次与固定性伴发生性关系时安全套正确使用率,干预前为52.84%,干预后为61.54%(P>0.05);生殖器出现异常时愿意去公立医院就医者所占比例,干预前为58.10%,干预后为86.34%(P<0.01)。[结论]对娱乐场所暗娼进行艾滋病健康教育干预效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To sum up the experience,provide reference for further improvement of the work.[Methods]Evaluation on the effect on AIDS health education for commercial sex workers in entertainment places was conducted in Kun district of Baotou from 2006 to 2007.[Results]210 and 205 people were investigated before and after intervention.The score of AIDS related knowledge was higher after intervention than that before intervention.The understanding rate of AIDS related knowledge was higher after r intervention than that before intervention(P<0.01).Condom use rate was 59.52% and 88.78% when had sex behavior in the last time before and after intervention(P<0.01).The condom use rate was 52.84% and 61.54% when had sex behavior with fixed partner before and after intervention(P>0.05).58.10% and 86.34% of the people want to see a doctor in public hospital when had disease in genitals before and after intervention(P<0.01).[Conclusion]It was effective to carry out AIDS health education for commercial sex workers in entertainment place.更多还原
