【摘要】 [目的]了解深圳市2007年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测系统的运转情况。[方法]用描述性流行病学分析对深圳市2007年的疑似预防接种异常反应监测数据进行分析和评价。[结果]2007年深圳市共接种31种疫苗,AEFI监测系统共报告发生反应的86例,报告发生率为1.59/10万。其中,其中一般反应37例,占43.02%;异常反应42例,占48.86%;偶合症6例,占6.98%;不明原因1例,占1.16%。AEFI报告发生率最高的为吸附百白破疫苗;疫苗反应中最常见的为发热(占29.06%)和不伴过敏性休克的过敏反应(占19.77%)。[结论]深圳市AEFI监测系统运转良好,但需进一步完善,可操作性需进一步加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To know about the running of the suspected AEFI surveillance system of Shenzhen.[Methods]Epidemiological data of suspected AEFI cases in Shenzhen city in 2007 were analyzed.[Results]31 kinds of vaccine were used in Shenzhen city in 2007.The total of 86 AEFI cases were reported in Shenzhen in 2007,the reported incidence rate of AEFI was 1.59/100 000,including 37 cases due to the general reaction of vaccination,which occupied 43.02% of the cases;42 cases due to the abnormal reaction of vaccination,which occupied 48.86% of the cases;6 coincident cases,which occupied 6.98%;1 unknown cases,which occupied 1.16%.Among vaccine reaction reported,the most common events were fever and other allergic reaction,which occupied 29.06% of the cases and 19.77%.[Conclusion]The AEFI surveillance system of Shenzhen is running well,but it should be further improved and strengthened.更多还原
