【摘要】 [目的]了解海阳市餐饮业卫生状况,为今后加强卫生监督和管理提供依据。[方法]随机抽取市区和乡镇156个餐饮单位进行了卫生专项检查。检查卫生许可证、健康证、卫生制度、基础卫生设施、内外环境卫生、食(饮)具消毒等情况。[结果]156个餐饮单位卫生许可证持有率94.9%;健康证持有率77.7%;食(饮)具消毒合格率70.5%;量化评分良好率76.2%。[结论]乡镇餐饮业卫生状况较差,是今后监督的重点,应加大监督的力度和频率。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the hygienic status in catering business in Haiyang,provide scientific basis for health supervision and management.[Methods]156 catering units at municipal and town level were randomly selected and supervised.The items tested including hygienic license,health certificate,sanitary regulation,basic sanitary equipments,outside and indoor environmental health and tableware disinfection.[Results]94.9% of them had hygienic license,77.7% of them had health certificate.The qualified rate of tableware disinfection was 70.5%.Good quantification grading accounted for 76.2%.[Conclusion]The hygienic status in catering business in town was bad.Supervision must be strengthened.更多还原
