【摘要】 [目的]评价2003~2006年福州市疾病预防控制体系建设状况,对存在的问题提出改进措施。[方法]2007年,对福州市及所辖5区、8县疾病预防控制中心进行调查。[结果]2006年福州市两级疾病预防控制中心合计有专业人员665人,其中35岁以上占76.24%,中专(高中、技校)学历的占48.72%,中、初级职称的分别占29.02%和35.94%。工作用房建筑面积2006年比2003年增加1.20%;承担的科研项目2006年比2003年增加50.00%;2006年公共职能项目完成度,福州市为73.78%,5区为45.32%,8县为49.06%。[结论]福州市疾病预防控制机构资源配置有了明显改善,科研能力得到提高,但人员结构不合理,公共职能完成度有待提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the construction of the system of disease control and prevention in Fuzhou city from 2003 to 2006,put forward a improvement.[Methods]Investigation was conducted in Center for Disease Control and Prevention of 8 counties,5 districts of Fuzhou city in 2007.[Results]There were total of 665 professionals in Center for Disease Control and Prevention at 2 levels,of them the professionals aged over 35 accounted for 76.24%.The professionals at the education level of secondary specialized schools accounted for 48.72%.The professionals with the title of technical post at middle and primary level accounted for 29.02% and 35.94% respectively.Floor work space increased 1.20% in 2006 than that in 2003.The responsible scientific research items increased 50% in 2006 than that in 2003.73.78%,45.32% and 49.06% of the public function items were completed in Center for Disease Control and Prevention at municipal,district(5) and county(8) level.[Conclusion]Allocation of resources,scientific research capacity in Center for Disease Control and Prevention was improved obviously.But the structure of professionals was unreasonable and the ability of completing the items of public function must be improved.更多还原
