论高校图书馆绩效考核与人力资源管理
Performance assessment and human resource management in college and university libraries
【摘要】 阐述了高校图书馆绩效考核的内涵,分析了高校图书馆绩效考核过程中存在的主要问题,提出了完善高校图书馆绩效考核的具体对策。
【Abstract】 The contents of performance assessment in college and university libraries were introduced,its problems were analyzed,and specific countermeasures for its perfection were put forward.
