【摘要】 目的评价注射用利福平灭菌粉末(维夫欣)在肺结核治疗中的疗效。方法将120例肺结核患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予维夫欣,对照组给予利福平胶囊,观察患者体温、咳嗽、咯痰等症状及痰菌阴转、肺部病灶吸收、药物副作用情况。结果疗程结束后治疗组和对照组痰菌阴转率分别为95%、81.7%;2组X线检查有效率分别为90%和63.3%;2组胃肠道反应发生率分别为13.3%和30%;临床症状改善亦优于对照组,各指标比较有显著性差异。结论注射用利福平灭菌粉末(维夫欣)在肺结核的治疗中具有局部药物浓度高,作用快,副作用小的特点,特别对重症病人、昏迷病人及口服有胃肠道反应者更有优势,其治愈率高,有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effects of chemotherapy using sterilized powder for injection of rifampicin (weifuxin) in treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods The total 120 patients of pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were given weifuxin.The control group was given Rifampicin capsules.Observe symptoms such as temperature,cough,expectoration and the sputum negative conversion rates,lung lesion area absorption and side effect.Results The sputum negative conversion rates were 95% and 81.7% in the trial group and the control group respectively.The X-ray remarkable effective rates of 2 groups were 90% and 63.3% respectively.The stomach and intestines response for mation rates were 13.3% and 30% respectively.There was sighificant difference in each indexes.Conclusions It is indicated the regime of using sterilized powder for injection of rifampicin (weifuxin) in treating pulmonary tuberculosis has high drug concentration in the local place,which results in higher cure rate,quicker concent ration,and fewer side effects.Especially to the critically ill patient,the unconscious patient and the oral administration has the gastro-intestinal tract reactor to have the superiority.It is of great value in the clinical practice.更多还原
