【摘要】 目的分析钛板在下颌骨骨折坚固内固定的临床效果。方法对25例下颌骨骨折患者行钛板坚固内固定,部分病例辅以颌间弹性牵引或钛钉颌间弹性牵引。结果25例中其中8例行颌间弹性牵引,伤口均I期愈合,张口度正常,咬合关系良好。结论小钛板坚固内固定术治疗下颌骨骨折固定效果好,辅以颌间弹性牵引能使咬合关系恢复正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Analysis the clinical results of the surgery with Ti-plates for rigid internal fixation of fractures of the mandible.Methods Twenty-five cases with fractures of the mandible were treated with rigid internal fixation by Ti-plates,some supplemented by intermaxillary elastic traction or Ti-nail intermaxillary elastic traction.Results The wounds of eight supplemented with intermaxillary elastic traction healed as expected during phrase I;mouth-opening was normal and the occlusion decent as well.Conclusions The results of using mini-titanium plates to rigidify internal fixation and cure fractures of the mandible are very good.Besides,intermaxillary elastic traction can bring occlusion right.更多还原
